Randy Paynter

Randy Paynter is the founder and CEO of Care2 – a community of 25 million standing together for good. People are having world-changing impact with Care2, starting petitions and supporting each other’s campaigns to help individuals, animals and the environment. The company has recruited more than 40 million donors for 1,000 nonprofits. Care2 is a B Corporation, or social enterprise, using the power of business as a force for good.

Randy helped pioneer online citizen advocacy with the launch of Care2 and thePetitionSite.com and is a leading expert on cause marketing rewards programs. He was also co-founder of the first electronic greeting card site, eCards.com. Randy holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Randy lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, two children, two dogs and a small flock of chickens.
