JR Culpepper
Communications Associate
JR joined EWG in 2023 to support the communications team’s research, writing and content creation efforts. He majored in political science and economics at Ohio State University and received his master’s degree in sustainable development from Durham University, in the UK. He also interned for the communications team at the National Retail Federation. JR grew up in Arkansas and enjoys mountain biking, chess and fencing.
