Coalition letter to Congress opposing efforts to block state and local pesticide laws

On September 19, 2023, 185 environmental organizations sent letters to the House and Senate urging both chambers to reject legislative proposals to preempt existing state and local laws and ordinances in place to safeguard communities from the harmful impacts of toxic agricultural pesticides.
